Several attacks on women employees in recent times, especially in cities, have raised concerns about safety of Women Employees Working in Night Shifts. The people who are more sensitive to their emotions and the impact of emotions on the others are more effective leaders. In the mid 1990’s Daniel Goleman brought in the concept of EQ or Emotional Intelligence Quotient. This concept added the dimensions of “feeling” or emotions to intelligence.
