Hi can u elaborate more on LABOR LAWS as ICICI Bank makes it employees work more than 45hours per week and they are flouting these laws since a very long time.
On an average in A+ Branches people are working 62 hours per week without overtime pay and in small branches people are working 54-60 hours per week without overtime pay.
They have smartly in their Online Muster have designed a default process of 8hours so that even if you work more only 8hours gets registered.
On Saturdays, 9-2 are the Official Branch Hours but the employees stay back till 6pm for additional trainings.
PLEASE ADVICE HOW TO TAKE ACTION OR TAKE ACTION
